All 23 date and time tools
Grouped by what they measure. Every one states the time zone it used and whether it counted today, and every result it produces has its own permanent address.
Time now, UTC
Friday, 7 August 2026 in UTC (GMT)
Convert between zones, plan across them, and see what time it is somewhere else right now. Every conversion uses the IANA database, so daylight saving is handled rather than approximated.
Dates and durations
Measure the gap between two dates, or move a date forward and back. Each of these states whether it counted the start day, because that single choice changes the answer by one.
Countdowns and timers
- Countdown Days until any date, with the basis shown
- Christmas countdown Days until 25 December
- New Year countdown Days until 1 January
- Halloween countdown Days until 31 October
- Easter countdown Days until Easter Sunday
- Thanksgiving countdown Days until the fourth Thursday in November
- Valentine's Day countdown Days until 14 February
- Timer Counts down and alerts you
- Stopwatch Counts up, with laps
- Alarm clock Rings at a time you set
Count down to a date or an interval. The countdowns show the time zone and counting basis they used, which is why they will sometimes disagree with a site that does not.
Calendars and holidays
Printable calendars for every year from 1900 to 2100, and the public and religious holiday dates behind them. Where authorities genuinely disagree about a date, the page says so.
Hours, formats and units
Add up hours, read a timesheet, and move between the formats that cause the most trouble: 24-hour and 12-hour, ISO and US and UK, Unix epoch and human dates.
Sunrise, sunset, moon phase and the clock changes. Computed for a place and an instant rather than quoted from a table.
Being built
These are on the way and are not linked yet, because a link that goes nowhere is worse than an honest note that the page is not ready: World clock, Time zone converter, Meeting planner, Current time, Business days calculator, Day of the year, Leap year calculator, Pomodoro timer, Birthday countdown, Timesheet calculator, Military time converter, Date format converter, Moon phase, Sunrise and sunset.
Questions
How many tools are there?
There are 23 live right now, grouped into 6 families by what they measure: time and zones, dates and durations, countdowns and timers, calendars and holidays, hours and formats and units, and sun and moon.
Do I need an account to use them?
No. There is no account, no sign-up, no paywall and no cookie banner over the tool. Every page works the moment it loads, with a sensible default already filled in.
Can I link to a result?
Yes. Every computed result has its own permanent web address, shown under the answer. That address is a normal indexable page, so it can be bookmarked, shared, linked to and quoted.
